Elba’s claim to fame came when he landed the role of “Stringer.” the mob boss, on the HBO drama series, The Wire, that ran from 2002 to 2008.
History is Made
In 2016 Idris made history. Not only was he the first male to win two SAG awards in one night, Best Male Actor in a Supporting Role in a Motion Picture for Beasts of No Nation as well as the trophy for Best Male Actor in a Television Movie or Mini Series for Luther, , but also the first black male to achieve this honor.
It's truly amazing that most creative people are multitalented. It is very rare to meet a musician who can't write songs, or an actor who can't sing. Doing what you love is your key to happiness. Take a breath, and think about the talents that may be hidden deep within. Don't ever say, "I am not creative," because we are all born with this gift.
